DEPOSITS
All financing options require a minimum deposit. No work will begin until payments are cleared by your bank. All other payments are due bi-weekly from payment or according to payment schedule. All deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
All payments of equal increments are due on a weekly basis (or according to your payment schedule). Your service will continue so long as payments are paid on time and in full. We do not accept partial payments on installment plans. If you cannot pay your bill for any reason please contact support for further assistance. If your payment surpasses the 3-day grace period, all website edits will stop and a late fee of $50 will be charged to your account. They will resume 24 hours after your payment has been cleared. In the event that your past due payment has surpassed 14 days, your service will be cancelled by our company and cannot be resumed.
IN-HOUSE FINANCING
If an installment plan is selected you agree to have make bi-weekly payments. Payments will be requested automatically from the card of file. Further attempts will be made to complete transaction if funds are not available on renewal dates. If a total of 3 attempts are made without payment, all services will be cancelled. All installment payments are non-refundable.Final product will not be rendered all payments have been completed. For each attempt a $50 Surcharge will be applied to your bill.

PAUSING YOUR SERVICE
You may willingly pause your service for up to 14 days by contacting us. Please be advised that a $75 restart fee will apply to your bill.
CHARGEBACKS
By making a payment with Rework’d by Sew Chic, you certify that you are the legal owner of the card used. You agree that you, or your business, are accepting service and agree to our terms and agreements (including returns and service policy).
Disputes should be addressed with our support team and resolved with you or your company. All chargebacks may be subject to litigation. In the event that a dispute is issued by your bank, all services will cease. Legal notices, collections, and criminal charges may be issued at any point by Rework’d by Sew Chic.
CANCELLATIONS
All services are subject to a 24-hour hold. In the event that you change your mind, you may contact support for a full-refund within 24 hours. After 24 hours all payments are final. In the event that payment as exceeded 14 days from your billing date, your service will be cancelled by Rework'd. A $100 cancellation fee will be due at time of cancellation. Yes, all website and branding services include edits until final draft has been completed. After this time no further edits can be made. Additional fees may apply.
Our services range from 5 to 60 business days. Business days exclude weekends.
Your site will be published after your final payment as been made or according to your launch date schedule.
If your final files have been delivered at default , we have not received final feedback or approval within the allotted 3-4 business days. At this time no additional edits can be made and additional fees may apply.
If we cannot retrieve payment, product files or any additional information necessary to complete your service within 14 days of request, you service may be cancelled at-will. A cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from your total and the remaining balance will be refunded.
