RETURNS

We know your brand image is important, so we are committed to your satisfaction. Though this is our number one priority, all payments made cannot be refunded. Any issues should be addressed during the draft period, as changes may not be made after final drafts have been delivered.

Digital Products, Courses, & Paid Calls:
All digital assets, including courses and paid calls, are non-refundable.


CANCELLATIONS

  1. General Cancellation Policy

    • All services are subject to a 5-hour hold period.
    • If you change your mind, you may contact support for a refund within this time, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
    • After the 5-hour hold period, all payments are final.
  2. At-Will Cancellations

    • Rework’d by Sew Chic reserves the right to cancel any service at any time for any reason.
    • If we cannot complete a service at no fault of the customer, a full refund in the form of store credit will be issued.
    • Additional Terms:
      • If we cannot retrieve product information, brand files, or any additional information necessary to complete your service within a reasonable time of request, your service may be cancelled at-will.
      • A cancellation fee of $175 will be deducted from your total, and the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
      • Refunds are not applicable for missed in-house financing payments.
      • If you default on your financing plan, you will not be refunded for any payments issued, nor will you be eligible for future financing plans. To have your plan reinstated, contact support.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING PLANS

  1. Payment Obligation

    • Clients are obligated to complete payments for services rendered, regardless of cancellation or abandonment of the project.
  2. Unpaid Balances

    • If payments are not made as agreed, Rework’d by Sew Chic reserves the right to pursue legal action, including litigation, to recover the outstanding balance. Legal fees and associated costs will also be collected as part of the settlement.
  3. Defaulted Plans

    • Payments made under defaulted financing plans are non-refundable.

PROJECT ABANDONMENT

  1. Definition of Abandonment

    • Projects with no client correspondence for sixty (60) consecutive days will be deemed abandoned.
  2. Reactivation

    • A $99 reactivation fee will be required to restart any abandoned project.
    • Reactivation is subject to availability and the payment of all outstanding balances.
  3. Final Abandonment

    • Projects inactive for ninety (90) consecutive days may be cancelled entirely. Client will be issued a store credit minus a 25% cancellation fee

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSING

Digital Downloads

All digital products, including templates, eBooks, and guides, are non-refundable.

Licenses

  1. Personal Use License

    • Grants the customer the right to use the purchased digital product for personal purposes only.
    • Authorized Activities: Personal projects or non-commercial use.
    • Unauthorized Activities: Reselling, redistributing, modifying, or sharing the product in any form.
  2. Commercial Use License

    • Grants the customer the right to use the purchased digital product for commercial purposes, subject to limitations.
    • Authorized Activities: Using the product to create finished goods for sale to end customers.
    • Unauthorized Activities: Reselling or redistributing the digital product in its original or modified form as a standalone product.
  3. MRR (Master Resell Rights) and PLR (Private Label Rights)

    • MRR Rights: Allows reselling the product to end users without modification.
    • PLR Rights: Allows editing, modifying, and rebranding the product for resale under the buyer’s brand.
    • Unauthorized Activities for Both: Selling products under unpurchased licensing terms or distributing on unauthorized platforms.

Rework’d by Sew Chic reserves the right to revoke licenses and pursue legal action for unauthorized use.


AUTHORIZED AND UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES

Authorized Activities:

  • Using products per the purchased license agreement.
  • Contacting support for clarification on proper usage.

Unauthorized Activities:

  • Sharing, selling, or distributing digital products in any form without the proper license.
  • Claiming copyrighted materials as your own or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
  • Violating copyright or trademark laws with purchased digital products.

NO-CALL, NO-SHOW FEES & SCHEDULING

  1. No-Call, No-Show

    • Clients who fail to attend scheduled consultations or appointments without notice will be charged a $50 no-call, no-show fee.
    • This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before rescheduling services.
  2. Rescheduling Policy

    • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
