Shipping and Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 Business days. After orders are confirmed and processed you will receive an email with tracking information when your order is sent out.
*Promotional Shipping: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing during promotional periods.
*If products are currently out-of-stock you will receive a notice to the provided email address. If needed you will be placed on our priority list and we will notify you when it is restocked.
Please be advised, once orders are confirmed, there can be no changes or cancellations to an existing order (refer to return/exchange policy).
 
Note: Please place orders with our policies in mind if needed by a specific date. We encourage customers to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.  
 We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed or lost we are not held responsible and cannot refund. Once your package is shipped the responsibility is with the carrier. Package insurance is available upon request at an additional charge. 
 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns:

In reference to the nature of our business, we a no returns policy. However, in the event you are unsatisfied with your order, you can ship the order back in its original condition upon approval.  Please note that the recipient is responsible for the return cost and tracking. We accept exchanges on hair extensions only in the event an order is damaged or in error (i.e wrong color, length, or texture). All return requests must be submitted within 4 days after the order is received and must be returned in original condition. Simply email us at info@sewchichairimports.com with RETURN in the subject line for return consideration. Please be advised returns are only applicable for store credits and can take up to 30 days to appear after 

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges on hair extensions only in the event an order is damaged or in error (i.e wrong color, length, or texture, brand). All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days after the order is received and must be returned in original condition. We advise all our customers to confirm your order details before final purchase. Please note we can only issue store credits, not a refund.

 

 

Hair Tips

 

How much hair do I need?
Typically you will need approximately 8 to 12 ounces of hair for a full head sew in. We recommend 2-3 bundles of hair for shorter lengths and 3-4 bundles for longer lengths. Please be advised that each bundle is sold by weight, thus the longer the hair, the shorter the weft.

How long does this hair last?
 With proper care, virgin hair extensions can last for up to a year or more. Remember the better you maintain the extensions the longer they will last.

Can the hair be colored?

 Yes, all virgin hair extensions can be colored. Please be advised that once color processed it can alter the hair slightly. Remember to alter your hair care regimen when coloring extensions and never use harsh chemicals or products. Please consult a professional for dye jobs.

Can I make changes to my order?
 Once an order is processed the order cannot be changed or altered. Please send order requests to info@sewchichairimports.com
