Financing Plans

If your subscription or purchase is part of an in-house financing plan, the following terms apply:

  1. Payment Obligation

    • Financing plans require a commitment to complete all scheduled payments as outlined during checkout.
    • Payments will be processed automatically on the agreed dates using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
  2. Defaulted Payments

    • If a payment fails to process, you authorize us to attempt charging the same card until successful.
    • If multiple cards are on file, you authorize us to charge an alternative card to fulfill the payment.
  3. Missed Payments

    • Customers have a 3 day grace period until a $50 late fee is automatically applied to their balance.
    • Payments that remain unpaid after 30 days will result in the suspension of your subscription or service.
    • Unpaid balances may result in the cancellation of your plan, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
  4. Reinstatement Fees

    • To reinstate a cancelled financing plan, you must pay all outstanding balances and a $50 reinstatement fee.
  5. Abandoned Plans

    • Plans that remain unpaid or inactive for 60 consecutive days will be considered abandoned. A $99 reactivation fee will apply to restart the plan.
  6. Legal Action

    • If payments cannot be successfully processed or remain unpaid, we reserve the right to pursue legal action, including litigation, to recover outstanding balances. Legal fees and associated costs will be included in the claim.
